RT6230是采用改进型固定导通时间ACOT^®控制架构的同步Buck转换器，外围元件少，瞬态响应速度快，工作电压范围为6V~23V，具备过流保护、欠压保护和过压保护等完善的保护功能设计。它还具有内置的1.5ms软启动时间，有一个开漏的Power Good信号输出。
